A roadmap is useful when it separates shipped work from intentions and makes dependencies visible. The phases below describe a sequence for building the PAYNOVA ecosystem. They are not a claim that a token has launched, a dashboard is indexed or governance is active. No phase is marked completed or in progress on this page because implementation evidence has not been supplied.
Define the visual identity, publish accurate disclosures, select deployment configurations and establish verification procedures. Confirm what each launch platform supports before designing allocations around it. Prepare address publication and treasury controls as prerequisites, not as afterthoughts.
02
02 · Independent dual-chain launch
If launched, each token needs an independently confirmed mint or contract, supply and authority disclosure, liquidity record and risk review. The two networks should have separate launch checklists and public pages. No cross-chain bridge is assumed.
03
03 · Dashboard and data indexing
Connect reliable chain data sources, reconcile events against explorers and publish provenance metadata. Start with a limited set of verified metrics, include failure states and test stale-data handling before calling the dashboard live.
04
04 · Holder reward reporting
Document each chain’s reward mechanism, eligibility, funding, timing and transaction evidence. Test edge cases and user costs. The model must avoid fixed-return language and remain explicit about when rewards may be absent.
05
05 · Buyback and marketing transparency
Publish separate treasury policies, approval roles and evidence formats. Track plans, approvals, payments and completed work as distinct events. Establish alerting for unusual transfers and publish a reconciliation process.
06
06 · Community governance
Design proposal intake, eligibility, quorum, vote counting and execution limits with community input. Publish the rules and test them before accepting consequential votes. Advisory polls and binding decisions must be clearly distinguished.
07
07–08 · Integrations and long-term expansion
Consider additional data providers, wallet experiences and ecosystem partnerships only when they solve a clear user problem and can be disclosed accurately. A roadmap item remains planned until there is working software, security review and evidence that users can verify.
