A marketing treasury is a disclosed budget for communication, education, creative work and community growth. It should not be an opaque wallet or a label that excuses unexplained outflows. PAYNOVA’s intended approach is to make each stage legible: proposed campaign, approval, committed budget, payment evidence and a post-campaign summary. No live budget or completed expenditure is claimed here until the underlying records are published.
Marketing can help people discover a project, understand its mechanics and find accurate information. It cannot guarantee users, trading activity or token value. The treasury should define what qualifies as a campaign expense and distinguish it from development, operations, liquidity management and holder distributions.
02
Funding sources and chain scope
Every funding source should be described before it is spent. If campaign funds reside on Solana and BNB Chain independently, their balances and transfers need distinct records. A consolidated brand view can summarize both only when the underlying chain, denomination, valuation method and conversion time remain visible.
03
Campaign proposals and approvals
A useful proposal identifies the audience, activity, deliverables, budget ceiling, timing, owner and success measures. Approval should be recorded before funds move, with the approval process and any conflict-of-interest rules explained. A plan is not a commitment, and an approval is not proof that a service was delivered.
04
Community and creator work
Community education, creator partnerships, design and distribution can each be considered, but every engagement should disclose material terms and incentives. Paid promotion should not be disguised as independent endorsement. Teams should avoid promising returns, using fake engagement or making unverified product claims to increase reach.
05
Expenditure and payment verification
A completed expense should include the date, amount, asset, recipient or service provider where disclosure is appropriate, transaction reference and supporting description. Privacy and personal safety matter, so invoices may need redaction; a redaction should not erase the amount, purpose or approval trail needed to understand the expenditure.
06
Campaign outcomes and remaining budget
Reports should compare planned and actual spending, describe work delivered and note what remains unfinished. Reach and click metrics need a source and measurement window; they are not proof of adoption or investment performance. Unspent funds remain unspent rather than being reclassified as campaign success.
07
How the vault connects to the ecosystem
The marketing ledger is one part of a broader reporting system. The dashboard should identify the source network and last update; governance may later be used for community proposals; security documentation should explain signers and controls. Those connections do not imply that governance or a live treasury interface is currently active.
No live balance is published here. Balances and expenditures remain unavailable until verified wallet addresses and records exist.
02Are proposals already being voted on?+
No. The governance process is not represented as active. This page explains reporting principles, not a working treasury vote.
03Will every recipient be publicly named?+
Transaction evidence and purpose should be clear. Personal data may require careful redaction, with enough supporting information retained for meaningful review.
